There hasn't been any reports of radiation leaking out of anywhere, because of the earthquake. Stop trolling!

I don't really understand the dig, but yes, when someone says,
There hasn't been any reports of radiation leaking out of anywhere,...
they usually mean, "at least up until the time the message was posted", it's not a statement about the future - that's common sense. Should I make such disclaimers any time I answer your messages?
