The list shows 3 reactors under construction in the USA. Which 3 is it referring to? Also, it shows 100 reactors operating. Does that also include Vermont Yankee, which will shut down next year?

And, it looks like there are lots of units under construction in China (28), in Russia (10), in India (7). I guess even after Fukushima, people don't learn from their mistakes, heck there 3 under construction in Japan :-(
