I didn't realize there was such interest in the thorium cycle Now that I know it, here are some more interesting documents.

The LEAD-IR concept sounds very promising. I've been trying to educate myself on t he old SNAP technology and the newer SMR proposals (I believe the old, huge power plant concept is outdated), and this LEAD-IR concept sounds very interesting. Now, let's see whether it catches on.

I also have to say that I frequent many on-line technical forums and although the discussions on this forum are minimal and can use some participation, the information posted here is about the best I've seen on any "free" discussion forums. This board is a treasure and I hope it remains that way.

Glad you found the docs useful. Yeah, I don't know why there isn't much more participation and discussion here. There appear to be lots of interesting/knowledgeable people, but who knows why the discussions are so few and so short.

Anyway, I'll see if I can get some similar documents uploaded, now that I know some people read them.
