Any good info on Fault Trees?

Post by dhimmer »

I saw a bunch of uploads about PRA, so I figured there might be some info on fault trees here, as well. I searched, but couldn't find any posted. Are there any such documents, here? Both Fault Trees and Event Trees are of interest to me.

Thank you.

Thanks, Pleonat. I also did a couple of google searches and found dozens of additional documents. Of course, the problem is that not all of it is "good" information, so shifting through it and deciding what is helpful and what is junk, is my task-at-hand :-)

But, that's typical of the new age, isn't it? You can search the internet for *anything* you want, but *you* have to determine how good the information you get really is.

That's probably why attending a 2-3 day workshop on Fault Trees, by a reputable institute, is sometimes a better bet and can save a lot of time, shifting through junk posted on the internet.
