Well, this is great and sounds good, but other that a pretty complete list of what utilities are affected, this is not very informative. All it says is that you have to address these 3 stages of the problem, but there is NO GUIDANCE on how to address them or what would constitute an acceptable solution. Typical of the NRC

That was just the one document! There have been a series of documents released by the NRC addressing those issues. I think I have them somewhere. I'll see if I can find them all and upload them.

O.K., So I found the other supporting documents and I am posting all of them here. I have a sequence # at the beginning to roughly approximate the logical sequence in which they were released/developed.
