Emergency Preparedness Guides

I am looking for any helpful documentation for Emergency Planning. No, I am not interested in Reg Guides, etc. - I can get those. I am looking more for "how-to" guides to address the Reg Guide requirements. I did a google search and got all sorts of hits, but I figured I would ask the experts here, to get some "good" advice :-)

Do these help? Like you said, there is a lot out there on the web, bit "a lot" doesn't always translate to "useful" :-) BTW, what sort of interest project are you going to use these on?
