Big Data Intro book?
Does anyone know of a good introductory book to Big Data? I've been looking around and found some, but they are either too theoretical, or they assume that you are already familiar with the subject.

It is. I guess I am looking for the ultimate source that explains *everything* in a way that *everyone* understands it, but that's hard to find
