@Joe.Kallapeti, do you know if there are any such homegrown excel type systems available to download and adopt for my own use? I'm getting interested in this, but am not really at the point where I'd be willing to incest the time to learn such a system.

Dale, although not directed towards the OP, my sentiments directly. Publishing for the sake of Publishing One could have reached similar (the same ??) conclusions without wasting god knows what level of resources were wasted in terms of time, money, etc.

Shulee, following up with my previous message, I found a link that might give you more information about the type of work they may be involved in. One of the co-authors of this study is a co-founder of trius and I worked with him, many years ago. I believe this was done for Electric Power Research ...
