Re: Excel, round off to 5 cents
Thanks! Is there a way to get the same round-off without using a built-in function? Like base principles?

Re: Excel, round off to 5 cents
Well, truth is I was looking for a formula in excel because I wanted to then code it in my program, that's where I have the need for it.

Excel, round off to 5 cents
Hey, does anyone know how to set up a formula to always round off to the closest 5 cents, on a financial operation, in excel?

Re: Do it Yourself Agile Book
Indeed a very useful book. I think the author hit it on the head early in his introduction, when he said: "But then, one day a funny thing happened. I inadvertently reached critical mass on Agile and I realized what had kept me from seeing the value of Agile up to that point. My objections were...

How do you determine Waterfall or Agile ?
Sorry if this has already been addressed, I searched but could not find a topic.
I see that many PMs think Agile is great, but some projects may be more suitable for waterfall style PM. How does one determine what style a project is more suitable for? Is there a guide or something?

Re: Youtube PM training videos ??
Collabnet series is good and the Google TalksArchive, on youtube, has a lot of videos on Scrum. There is also a series by Mike Cohn, where you can even get 1 PDU, for each video you watch. I have to say, though, that most of them are at least a couple of years old. They do not post their latest ver...

Youtube PM training videos ??
I know there are lots of free youtube training videos for PM, but that's just the problem, there are LOTS of them and trying to decide if one of them is worth watching, or not, usually involves watching at least a few minutes of it. A few minutes each times hundreds of videos results in a big waste ...

Re: Typical Scrum Sprint Length?
Thanks, Paris K., it makes sense. It's just that I am hearing all these numbers and terms thrown about and as a newbie, I'm having a hard time distinguishing between a rule/standard and a preference. But, I am learning fast
